Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 

Miesha Theresa Tate is an American mixed-martial artist. She was born on August 18th, 1986. She is currently a participant in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where she was a former UFC Women's Bantamweight champion. Tate was previously a competitor for Strikeforce and was the former Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight Champion. She was also vice president for ONE Championship. On October 3, 2022, she is 10th in the UFC women's bantamweight rankings.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tate was born to Michelle Tate in Tacoma (Seattle), Washington. She was raised by Robert Schmidt and Michelle. Tate was a typical tomboy when she was a child and often played on playgrounds with the other boys.
